After having less that desirable results with an agent early in my process, I reached out to Sherry to help me sell my home so that I could buy another one. Sherry worked with me all through the process and was very responsive to all of my concerns, no matter how trivial. She advised me of everything that I needed to do to my (then) home in order to minimize time on the market. She even put had a contractor on hand for all needed repairs and renovations. We used Sherry on our first purchase in Germantown a couple of years ago where she was super responsive to our needs. She spent lots of time with us showing us many homes and offering her advice on where to buy and possibly not buy. Because of this interaction we developed a trust in her. The latest purchase in Olive Branch was unusual. We found the property online and looked at it one Sunday with the young couple that we wanted to help purchase the home. We called Sherry that day and literally within an hour she drove over to help us view the home. In literally 5 weeks the Olive Branch home was ours with the help of Sherry. Sherry Hulen is so much more than just a real estate agent. She has been our Memphis tour guide, restaurant critic, traffic consultant, decorator and friend.
